When the original package wasn't going to arrive on time due to incorrect redelivery to no fault of hers. Lauren excepted the challenge to help me get to my mum on the day, as I'm in the USA and her artwork was my gift and a small part of me that was coming to my mum on Mothers day

Lauren made another piece and sent it express. Resulting in both my mum and I able to share a special moment and special give via video chat.
