Shipping & Dispatch Timeframes

Dispatch

All our orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Once your order is placed, we will dispatch within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirming your dispatch, as well as, receiving your tracking information. If you should have any questions, reach out to us at customersupport@thefiftdesign.com.au

We ship virtually everywhere in the world. Please note it is up to the customer to be aware of and pay any import duties that may apply.

Shipping Time Frame

Once your order is placed, we will dispatch it within 1-2 business days. All of our orders get shipped through Australia Post. The shipping times below will vary if you are in a rural location and delays may occur and affect these estimates.

 

Standard Free Shipping (Metro)

  • Australia: 1-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 6-14 business days
  • United States: 6-13 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 6-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-16 business days

 

Express Shipping Estimates (Metro)

  • Australia: 1-2 business days
  • New Zealand: 3-6 business days
  • United States: 3-8 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 3-9 business days
  • Rest of World: 3-9 business days

 

When you place an order, the estimated shipping and delivery times will vary based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy & Procedure

Returns Policy

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is under the basis of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Returns Procedure

If you would like to return your parcel, follow the steps below

1) Email customersupport@thefifthdesign.com.au explaining what you would like to return and why

2) We will either send you a prepaid return label (if the return is a fault of our own) or provide you our shipping address so you can send back your order

3) Be sure to leave a note in the parcel explaining your reason for return

3) Once we have received the order back at the warehouse, we will process a refund for you. This may take between 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account

Exchange Policy & Procedure

Exchange Policy

We happily accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery of new and unused items. If the exchange is a fault of our own (The Fifth Design) we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the exchange is a change of mind, it is the customers responibility to cover the cost of returning the parcels.

Exchange Procedure

If you would like to exchange your product, follow the steps below

1) Email customersupport@thefifthdesign.com.au explaining what you would like to exchange and why

2) We will either send you a prepaid return label (if the exchange is a fault of our own) or provide you our shipping address so you can send back your order

3) Be sure to leave a note in the parcel explaining your reason for exchange

3) Once we have received the order back at the warehouse, we will process the exchange for you and have your new order sent out within 6 business days

Our Happiness Guarantee

Love it our your money back guarantee, applies to all orders made through our website. Any used products are not covered under the guarantee. The guarantee is valid for 30 days after the point of the orders arrival. Either receive a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value. The customer is to cover the cost of return shipping and is to contact customersupport@thefifthdesign.com.au to receive instructions of how to do so.
