- Returns: Full refunds are available. Return shipping is covered by use for incorrect or defective items. For change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sale items are non-returnable.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days. Shipping costs for defective items are covered, while change-of-mind exchanges require customer-paid shipping.
