This pumpkin cheese ball is the perfect addition to your halloween platter. It's a crowd-pleasing appetiser that is sure to please your guests. This pumpkin cheese ball will be the star of your halloween party and it's so easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
250g Cream Cheese
200g Red Leicester or Cheddar
190g Cream Cheese Sweet Chilli or
You can also use Cream Cheese Chives
Capsicum stork
METHOD
1) Mix cream cheese, cream cheese sweet chilli or chives and some of the Red Leicester or Cheddar (leave some for coating)
2) Make mixture into a ball
3) Grate Red Leicester for coating and start coating the ball
4) Grate Red Leicester for coating and start coating the ball
5) Wrap with cling wrap by pulling all corners in one and twist so you know where the stork will be placed
6) start wrapping it with rubber band evenly
7) refrigerate for 5-10 minutes and unwrap carefully
