QUICK AND EASY SMOOTHIE

THE FIRST STEP TO A BETTER DAY?

Starting it off with a healthy breakfast smoothie.

 

This week's recipe only takes minutes to whip up this recipe and you can use you favourite frozen berries for the ultimate treat.

INGREDIENTS

1 banana

1 cup frozen berries

1/4 cup coconut yogurt

1 cup oat milk

1/4 rolled oats

METHOD

1. Add your frozen mixed-berries

2. Add coconut yogurt for extra flavour and great for thickening smoothies

3. Add rolled oats - good for fibre

4. Add your milk of choice - we used oat milk

5. Adding banana helps sweeten the smoothie and of course, extra nutrition. This is always an optional step!
