How it works.
- Apply. Fill out the form below with a brief about your business and what you have in mind. We review applications within 1 to 3 business days.
- Receive your catalogue. Once approved, we send through our wholesale catalogue with full pricing, lead times, RRP guides and ordering instructions.
- Brief and quote. For custom or branded orders, we provide a written quote and timeline. Standard catalogue orders can be placed straight to your account contact.
- Production and shipping. Standard orders ship within 2 to 7 business days. Engraved or large orders include a confirmed completion date upfront.

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum opening order is $600 AUD. Reorders have no minimum. We help you build a selection that suits your store, brand or event.
What are the payment terms?
Opening orders are pre-paid. Net 30 terms are available to approved trade accounts after a successful first order.
How long does fulfilment take?
Standard wholesale orders ship within 2 to 7 business days. Engraved, custom or large bulk orders are quoted with a confirmed timeline upfront, generally 2 to 4 weeks depending on volume.
Do you offer drop-shipping?
Not at this stage. All orders ship in one consignment to your nominated address. Custom corporate gifting programs are an exception, please brief us.
Can you handle custom logos, branding or bulk corporate gifts?
Yes. Whether it's a custom logo engraved on each piece, branded packaging, recipient personalisation, or a large bulk order, our team will work with you to design something specific. Tell us what you have in mind in the form below.
Can I include a custom gift card with each piece?
Yes. We can include a printed gift card with each piece featuring your client's or recipient's name and message. A standard option in most corporate gifting programs we run.
Do you ship internationally for wholesale?
Yes. We have shipped trade orders to New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. Freight is quoted on a per-order basis. Local import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
