What's the right gift for a 5th, 10th, 25th anniversary?
Yes, in most cases. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days from dispatch within Australia. Engraving adds 1 to 2 business days to production. If you need it faster, our urgent dispatch service can sometimes get it there next-day. See the shipping page for full timing details, or call us to check on a specific date.
What if it's not right?
We accept returns within 30 days, even on engraved pieces. Wedding gifts are personal, so if it does not land, we will sort it. Email hello@thefifthdesign.com.au and we will arrange a return label.
Can I add the names and the date?
Yes. Every piece in this collection is engravable. You'll see the engraving option on the product page. Add the couple's names, the wedding date, the venue, a vow line, or any phrase that means something to them. We engrave each piece by hand in our Sunshine Coast studio.
Will it arrive in time?
Standard delivery to Australian addresses takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Engraved pieces add 1 to 2 days in production. If the wedding is close, we can prioritise via urgent dispatch on most orders. International shipping available on request.
Can you ship it directly to them?
Yes. Every order arrives in our branded gift box. We never include a paper receipt or pricing in gift shipments. Just enter their address at checkout and add a personal message in the gift note field if you'd like.
Is it safe to actually use?
All food goes on the Camphor Laurel timber side. It's naturally antibacterial and built to last decades. The resin side is decorative, made to be admired. Hand wash only, no dishwasher, and oil the timber regularly with a food-grade oil to keep it looking right.
