Can we see it before we commit?
Yes, that is how every order starts. Send your logo through the form and we will send back a complimentary mockup of your engraved gift within one business day, before anything is made and before you spend a dollar.
Can you engrave our logo?
Yes. We laser engrave your logo or message directly into the Camphor Laurel timber, etched into the grain rather than printed or stuck on. Send us your logo and we will prepare a mock-up before anything is made.
What is the minimum order?
Ten pieces for a one-off corporate order. Ongoing programs work differently: once your artwork is set up, we dispatch gifts as you need them, one settlement or one milestone at a time, with no minimum per send. One of our real estate partners is 35 orders in.
What are lead times for bulk orders?
Allow 3 to 5 business days for most bulk personalised orders, from approved mock-up to dispatch. For Christmas orders, our production calendar locks in early October, so reach out as soon as you have your numbers.
Can you provide a GST tax invoice and invoice on account?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST tax invoice, and we can invoice your business directly. We are happy to work with your accounts or procurement process.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. We dispatch Australia wide and can send to a single location or split across multiple addresses, ideal for distributed teams or individual client gifts.
Can you deliver overseas or to remote sites?
Yes. We have delivered corporate programs to the United States and to some of the most remote properties in Australia. Domestic delivery is part of your quote; international freight is quoted per destination once we know where it is headed.
Is there a sustainability story we can share?
Yes, and it holds up. Every board begins as Camphor Laurel, an invasive species in Australia, harvested and given a second life instead of being treated as waste. Our local suppliers carve each board from a single piece of timber and season it for 12 to 24 months before it reaches our Sunshine Coast studio for pouring, engraving and finishing. Australian made, naturally antibacterial timber, and a story your team can tell without a footnote.
Can the resin be matched to our brand colours?
We pour in a range of tones (Seascape, Lilac, Prussian Blue, Sage Green, Slate and Burnt Ivory) and can talk through what suits your brand. A note on use: the resin is decorative, so all food preparation is done on the Camphor Laurel timber side.
