What's the right gift for a 5th, 10th, 25th anniversary?
Yes. Pricing scales with quantity, and we work with companies on settlement gifts, client gifts, employee milestones, and conferences. Tiered discounts start at 5 units. Email us with your numbers and we will quote within 24 hours, or call +61 416 929 577.
What if it's not right?
We accept returns within 30 days, even on engraved pieces. For corporate orders we work with you directly if anything is not right. Email hello@thefifthdesign.com.au and we will sort it.
Can I add the names and the date?
Yes. Every piece is engravable. Add the recipient's name, your company name, a milestone date, or a thank you message. We engrave each piece by hand in our Sunshine Coast studio. For bulk corporate orders we can also engrave your company logo. Email us for logo engraving.
Will it arrive in time?
Standard delivery to Australian addresses takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Engraved pieces add 1 to 2 days in production. For corporate orders we can ship to multiple addresses from one purchase order, which is useful for distributed teams or client gifts. International shipping available on request.
Can you ship it directly to them?
Yes. Every order arrives in our branded gift box. We never include a paper receipt or pricing in gift shipments. Just enter their address at checkout and add a personal message in the gift note field if you'd like.
Is it safe to actually use?
All food goes on the Camphor Laurel timber side. It's naturally antibacterial and built to last decades. The resin side is decorative, made to be admired. Hand wash only, no dishwasher, and oil the timber regularly with a food-grade oil to keep it looking right.
