This week's recipe has been beautifully paired with our Purple resin art chopping board. The complimentary collaboration of the vibrant purple tones from the blueberries and the purple in the resin art design makes this dish a beautiful symphony of colour.
INGREDIENTS
Yogurt Layer:
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
½ frozen banana
½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
Blueberry Layer:
1 ½ cups frozen wild blueberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
Toppings:
Strawberries
Wild Blueberries
METHOD
Blend yogurt layer in a blender and pour into two glasses.
Place glasses in freezer.
Wash out blender and add blueberry layer ingredients.
Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if necessary.
Pour into cold glasses then top with granola, strawberries, blueberries and wild flowers!
