Will it arrive before the wedding?
Standard delivery to Australian addresses takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Engraved pieces add 1 to 2 days in production. If the wedding is close, we can prioritise via urgent dispatch on most orders. International shipping available on request.
Can I add the names and the date?
Yes. Every piece in this collection is engravable. You'll see the engraving option on the product page. Add the couple's names, the wedding date, the venue, a vow line, or any phrase that means something to them. We engrave each piece by hand in our Sunshine Coast studio.
What if I don't have all their details yet?
That happens often, especially before the big day. Place your order now and reply to your confirmation email with the names, the date, or the new surname whenever you have them. We hold the engraving until you confirm. If you would rather they choose, a gift certificate lets them pick and personalise it themselves.
Can you ship it directly to them?
Yes. Every order arrives in our branded gift box. We never include a paper receipt or pricing in gift shipments. Just enter their address at checkout and add a personal message in the gift note field if you'd like.
What if it's not right?
We accept returns within 30 days, even on engraved pieces. Wedding gifts are personal, so if it does not land, we will sort it. Email hello@thefifthdesign.com.au and we will arrange a return label.
Is it safe to actually use?
All food goes on the Camphor Laurel timber side. It's naturally antibacterial and built to last decades. The resin side is decorative, made to be admired. Hand wash only, no dishwasher, and oil the timber regularly with a food-grade oil to keep it looking right.
